What doesn’t take place on a dining table? Friendly chats, debates, card games, reading, folding laundry and oh yeah…….. eating dinner! It’s an important piece of furniture in a busy home. Whether its stationed in the middle of a nice dining room, or neatly positioned in an open kitchen, the dining table should be durable, pleasing to the eye, comfortable and in some instances, flexible in size and shape. The majority of dining tables are of a standard height, 28-30” tall. You want to have enough room so that the knees of those sitting around the table can rest comfortably.
