This DIY kit playhouse comes in two sizes — big and bigger! At 8’ x 16’ or 10’ x 18’, this fancy Victorian playhouse is made primarily from manufactured wood and boasts 17 windows with several flower boxes. Shingles, drip edge and paint are not included.

Designer Advice

A floor kit (but not foundation) is included with the panelized prefabbed kit house. Standing 102” tall, this giant playhouse can accommodate four or more kids. The construction is sturdy enough for adults to be inside and even climb the loft. The windows are made from tempered glass and can be opened while screens keep the bugs out.
