Perfect for: Hardwood or manufactured-wood floors

Attached to the floor, this door stopper has a half-dome design consisting of a flat rubberized face that the door hits when it opens. Installation is simple — you screw the stop to the floor using a single countersunk hole in front of the rubber piece for a secure anchoring point. However, this piece is unsuitable for doors with draft panels attached or doors with a very small gap before the floor; the stopper may get caught underneath.
