This classic wood bunk bed with storage has a built-in side desk with a single drawer on one side of the full-bottom bed. On the other side there are built-in stairs that double as roll-out drawers. The slatted headboards add a traditional nuance.
Designer Advice
While many bunk beds have a traditional twin-over-twin design, more modern options have a smaller twin bed on top. On the bottom, there can be a full-size mattress forming an L-shape. Having built-in drawers, stairs, and a desk means you don’t need as many individual furniture pieces in your room.

There are so many great features to this bed. The lower bed is fairly high from the floor, with ample space for storage. The desk can be adjusted to two heights so can grow with her. She loves the stairs and the drawer space.
