Description

What We Like: Backrest has a cutout handle

What We Don’t Like: Takes up a wider footprint

Not So Good For: Tall children or adults

Perfect For: Small school-aged child

This 1950s wooden school chair has a round and smooth wood back and seat and rounded metal legs that stick out from the sides. The seat height is twelve inches, and the back heat is twenty and a half inches, perfect for young children.

The curved seat and backrest add extra comfort, and the cutout handle makes it easy to pull the chair out from underneath a desk. It may not be a good choice for desks with narrow openings below them with drawers on either side. If the desk being used has a wide open area below it, it should not be an issue to tuck the chair in.
