Holding three twin-sized beds, it is designed with kids in mind. However, other parents who have bought this confirm that it is still sturdy enough if you need to get to the top bunk for any reason!
Three bunks stacked up is definitely the most space efficient design, but the ladder to the top is on the end so you’ll need to put it somewhere that it can still be accessed.
